CASK Homebrewer of the Year Points Breakdown

Article from the March 2005 Newsletter about the CASK Homebrewer of the Year Competition.

Points are awarded for the CASK Homebrewer of the Year as follows:
Winning a CASK Styles of the Month Competition
 3 points
Entering, but not winning, a CASK Styles of the Month Competition
 1 point
1st Place in a BJCP or AHA sanctioned competition
 3 points
2nd  Place in a BJCP or AHA sanctioned competition 2 points
3rd  Place in a BJCP or AHA sanctioned competition 1 point
Best of Show in a BJCP or AHA sanctioned competition 3 points
1st Place at the CASK Iron Brewer  (awarded to each team member)
 6 points
2nd Place at the CASK Iron Brewer  (awarded to each team member) 4 points
3rd Place at the CASK Iron Brewer  (awarded to each team member) 2 points
Presentation at a Meeting
 1 point
(up to a maximum of 3)
Organizing one of the Club Parties, Big Brew, Pub Crawl, or other club event
 1 point
Hosting a Club Meeting at your home
 1 point
